Family Connection Day

Enhance family connections through enjoyable activities. If you decide to have your children present during the birth, they will receive age-appropriate education on the process. During the gathering, we will engage in a family welcome circle, teach basic newborn care, practice gentle yoga and movement as a family, conduct breathing exercises, share stories, facilitate a craft session for siblings to create cards for each other or the new baby, provide brief breastfeeding or bottle-feeding guidance, set up a photo booth, offer self-care support for parents, serve food and snacks, and conclude with a closing circle where gratitude is shared.
