Service Description

Wholesome Oasis Doula offers nurturing postpartum support centered around rest and recovery. My services include light home cleaning, light laundry, assistance with siblings, meal preparation, breastfeeding or bottle feeding support. 24 hours are broken up into 4 hours per day in the first four weeks after birth. This will include one sitz bath, and After Ease herbal extract for post birth healing. I will also follow up with you and provide resources continuously for one year after birth. I know how hard recovering from birth can be for some moms. I struggled with PPD and wholeheartedly believe that Postpartum support can make a huge impact on mom/ family.
